Notice of Amendment to PayPal Legal Agreements

We’re making changes to the legal agreements that govern your relationship with PPCN.

We encourage you to carefully review the notices below so that you are familiar with these upcoming changes.

There is no further action needed from you as these changes will take place automatically on the Effective Date shown below. In the event you would prefer to decline these changes and close your account, you can do so prior to the Effective Date.

Updates to User Agreement for PayPal Payment Services

Effective: 27 February 2026

We are making the following change to User Agreement for PayPal Payment Services:

• We are updating the “About Your Account” section as well relevant provisions on account category, identity authentication method, dormant accounts, terms and termination, and governing law and jurisdiction to remove any duplicative language and improve clarity.
• In accordance with the services we are currently providing, we updated “PayPal Services” and “Holds and Limitations” secitons, and deleted “Receiving Payments”, “Payment Review”, “Service Fees for Receiving payments”, “Refunds, Reversals and Chargebacks”, “Security Deposit” and other relevant sections.
