How do I log in to a PayPal China Account?
- You can click Log In Now at the upper right of the homepage of this website and log in to your PayPal China Account using your login credentials.
- Follow these steps if you have not yet set up the login credentials for your PayPal China Account:
1. Log in to your overseas PayPal account and click Get Started in the notification box on your account overview page.
2. Click Settings at the upper right of the page.
3. Click Set next to “Login credentials”.
4. Set up the login email address and password for your PayPal China Account.

I cannot log in to my PayPal China Account. What shall I do?

Can I still use the "Withdraw from PayPal" service after signing up for RMB Transfer?
- Yes, all withdrawal methods provided by PayPal can still be used. You can receive funds via both methods after signing up for RMB Transfer.
How soon can I receive the results for identity verification (KYC/KYB)?
- If the information you submit fully meets the requirements, we normally complete the review within two business days of receiving your information.
Can I link my personal bank account?

What exchange rate is used for RMB Transfer?
- The currency conversion that PayPal China provides to you as part of the RMB Transfer service is done overseas by PayPal service cooperative parties using competitive offshore exchange rates.
How soon can funds arrive in my bank using RMB Transfer?
- The arrival time of the funds is based on Beijing time, and varies by scenario:
- If a withdrawal request is submitted before 13:00 Beijing time on a business day, the funds should generally arrive the same day.
- If a withdrawal request is submitted after 13:00 Beijing time on a business day, it will generally be deferred to the next business day for processing and settling.
- Withdrawal requests submitted on a non-business day or a public holiday will result in a delay in fund arrival. They will generally be deferred to the next business day for processing and settling.
How is my withdrawable balance calculated?
- According to China's regulatory requirements, transactions with complete information and backed by real and legitimate underlying cross-border transactions are considered compliant. The system estimates your withdrawable balance based on your past PayPal account information and transaction records, and in accordance with the relevant requirements set by Chinese laws.
Can all my withdrawable balance of RMB Transfer be transferred to my bank?
- Under the premise of complying with Chinese laws and regulatory requirements, the "withdrawable balance" displayed in your account can be transferred and settled to your linked domestic bank account.
Why my withdrawable balance is different from my PayPal account balance? How frequently is the withdrawable balance updated?
- The system estimates your withdrawable balance based on your past PayPal account information and transaction records, and in accordance with the relevant requirements set by Chinese laws. Your withdrawable balance should not be higher than your PayPal account balance. The withdrawable balance is usually updated daily.
How do I increase my withdrawable balance?
- You need to make sure your USD balance in your PayPal account is sufficient. Moreover, according to local regulatory requirements, you are required to provide us with accurate original order details to support cross-border fund transfers. Failure to provide such information may affect your withdrawable balance. You can go to “Original Order Center” to submit original order details in order to support your withdrawable balance.
