Updates to PayPal Worldwide Terms of Service

We are making the following changes to PayPal Worldwide Terms of Service:

• We are updating the “How we convert currency” section of the PayPal Worldwide Terms of Service to clarify when PayPal may perform a currency conversion for a payment you make and that there may be currency-based restrictions on where you can send payments.
